Meet the Magpies

It begins the way most things do-with one notion tossed out at a coffee shop table. And before you know it, a whole murder of moms shows up with arms full of arts, crafts, and whatever we’ve been tinkering with. We’re mothers and makers, talkers and traders, bent on seeing what happens when we put our talents side by side.

Some of what we make is practical, some of it straight up fanciful, and all of it is offered up in the spirit of “Well, why not?” That’s the Magpies for you: gathering shiny bits of creativity, turning them over in the light, and then setting them out where neighbors and strangers alike can enjoy the spectacle.
